The pizza is the perfect balance

Take a walk out on the patio under the evening blue starry sky and the adjoining canopy. Here there are views of the landscape that meander into hills and mountains in the distance. Meanwhile, the sunset casts colorful shadows that transform the hilly vineyards and meandering olive groves into soft pizza shapes. Get out, because inside the house it's hot. Especially on the first floor, where the heat hides under the ceiling. It feels like in a big pizza stone oven as opposed to the refreshing evening air.
