Electric fryer
Electric industrial fryer, or an industrial fryer on gas - what should you choose? If you are the owner of a mobile industrial kitchen, GAS can be a great advantage because you can take a gas bottle with you everywhere. If your kitchen is stationary, most people choose EL. Electric fryers are most often connected to 400v and it must therefore be ensured before connection that your kitchen's electrical network is prepared for the increased power consumption. If there is not enough power, alternatives can be an industrial fryer on GAS. A GAS fryer requires a vent and an adjustment of an authorized gasman before connection, but it is not a complicated affair. When the equipment is set up correctly, just turn the gas on and off, just as you would turn the power to your electric fryer on and off.
