The kitchen is one of the most convenient places in the world to explore, because it can be done in a familiar setting and today requires no trip to the supermarket at all. Because whether you get the food delivered wholesale or by small, local suppliers to the professional kitchen, it has become easier than ever before.

The same goes for the opportunities to experiment with cooking. You can break the boundaries of what you - and your guests - thought was possible. The Pacojet allows you to try your hand at new and groundbreaking cooking options. Discover, among other things, how the boundaries can be broken in connection with cold cooking, cooking at room temperature, and when cooking hot substances.

No matter if you are a professional chef, amateur chef who loves to play at home, or if you just have high demands on your meals, you will experience how your elbow room just gets bigger and makes room for new dimensions of creations.

Our range of pacojet machines contains a selection of the expert's best auxiliary machines and you can therefore find both the groundbreaking and classic pacojet machine from Pacojet in an updated and further developed version - if you really want to try the limits in new ways, you can instead choose to play with a selection of other pacojet machines, all of which have found inspiration in the first and classic machine, but which each push the boundaries in new directions.

You can therefore today expect to exceed the limits of what you have been able to do so far, by being able to prepare cold ingredients and substances from frost, so that they are mixed and cut into liquid and soft form and allow you to create emulsification, as well as stir f. ex. ice more efficiently than before.

You will also be able to cut and chop ingredients roughly for e.g. farce, tartar or salad, while today your pacojet machine will also be able to cook substances under heat. You will thus be able to prepare both cold and hot sauces - all using a single machine. The modern kitchen is truly a reality.
Get full control of the cooking with a Pacojet
The Pacojet machine works by rotating a cutting blade at high speed while moving down through the substance with high precision. The degree of fineness can be adjusted according to the desired product, while new machines allow temperature control, so you really gain full control over the cooking process.
