It does not have to take long to make something delicious for your guests.

What capacity do you need?

With a professional orange press, for example, you can press 25 oranges per minute, depending on the model. By clicking on a press you are interested in, you can read about the individual's capacity and performance figures.

If you have not already done so, it can be a good idea to make a concrete calculation of how much juice you, on the busiest days, need to produce per minute.

You can then quite easily figure out how many oranges it is equivalent to. Then you can choose to take a closer look at one of the machines that will be able to meet your needs when it peaks.

Alternatively, you can disregard the peak periods, and deliver with a little delay at these times. It all depends on what fits into your service concept and budget.

Some eateries choose to buy more than one orange press as it allows for producing extra much juice when it is busiest.
