It has been 8 years since Fagor last came up with an oven range. 8 years have passed in testing, improving and fine-tuning every little detail and the iKORE ovens are the result. The ovens have been developed in collaboration with the culinary university of the Basque Country – the area in the world with the greatest concentration of Michelin restaurants.
Several prototypes have been sent out to get feedback on performance, control, reliability and ease of use. The result is a series of ovens at the very top of the world elite.
Cooking Control:
The highest precision is achieved by a high number of sensors that control humidity and the amount of oxygen to analyze the quality of the steam.
iCooking
The new smart technology lets you select a product and then phases and parameters are adjusted automatically. During the entire process, the oven recalculates all parameters so that minimum energy is used and optimal results are achieved.
