First a few tips for self-help
Is the machine new or has it never been washed properly: Check that the phases in the power plug are turned correctly. If these are turned incorrectly, everything in the machine will apparently work properly and the washing pump will start when it is started. The problem is simply that if the phases turn wrong, then the pump will run backwards and thus not flush water on the service. This will still get wet as the rinsing process is controlled by the water pressure and not the washing pump itself. So this problem can be quite difficult to see.
Check that the soap and rinsing hoses are inserted correctly and that the hoses have not been replaced.
If you experience streaks or stains, then the machine is set incorrectly or there is too much lime in the water. Contact your soap supplier and have them set up the machine and check if the descaling system needs filling.
Check that the bottom plug of the machine is fitted correctly in the bottom of the washbasin. This is often lifted up when the sump is to be emptied at the end of the working day.
Is AQUASTOP mounted on the water supply to the machine? If yes, increase the limit for when the aqua stop is activated so that it does not block the water supply.
Check that the correct water pressure is connected to the machine.
Make sure that the door is closed during water filling and that the switch that activates the closure is not stuck / locked.
Be sure to pick up the bottom plug.
For machines with drainage pump:
Clean the filters at the bottom of the sink
Check if something is stuck in the pump (typically if the machine has run without a filter or with a filter that has been inserted incorrectly in the bottom of the washbasin)
By machine without drain pump
Check that the drain hose is not bent or stopped. Feel free to take it off at the drain and see if there is water (if not, it may be the drain that has stopped).
The bottom plug in the tub does not fit properly. This means that the water filling continues and the machine can therefore not have time to heat the water. Pick up the plug and put it back on.
A phase / fuse has been applied to the power. In this case, the machine will be able to switch on and operate as normal, except that it cannot heat. Check the fuse box if a fuse has blown.
For fast dishwashers (which do not have a drying function), the dishes will not be dry when they come out, but an increase in the rinsing dose can result in a drier dish. If there is too much rinse aid, white streaks will appear on the dishes. Adjust the relaxation dosage.
The machine is started without the boiler having been hot enough - this reduces the drying capacity.
The soap and the relaxation hose, which dispense in very different amounts, may have been replaced. Make sure that the hose marked with "DETERGENT" comes in the can with soap.
